Spoke App – End User License Agreement (EULA)
This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is between you (“User”) and Spoke App (“we,” “our,” or “us”) and governs your use of the Spoke App and related services (“Service”). By downloading, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Spoke App for personal, non-commercial purposes on a device you own or control, in accordance with the App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscription Terms

  • Access to premium features requires a paid subscription or pass (e.g., one-week or annual plans).
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
  • Charges are billed to your App Store account. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your account settings.
  • We do not provide refunds for unused portions of subscriptions except as required by law.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or disruptive purposes.
  • Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the Service or its content.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Spoke App and Service, including software, trademarks, and content, remain with the Company.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or fully accurate operation of the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion if you violate this Agreement.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada without regard to conflict of laws provisions.
